Vigano (Q drop) in the DoS FOIA reading room.

One document is just a cover sheet to John Kerry referencing a letter from Cardinal Parolin (South America). For the diggers, also including a link to Parolin's DoS FOIA results. Capped document is a good read re: financing terrorism and money laundering.

 

Pell was brought in in 2015 to clean up the financial mess….And then accused of child molestation for which he was ultimately cleared. Coincidence or smear campaign?
