I finally signed and drove off with my new truck. 2018 F150 SuperCab w the Coyote 5.0. It is white, there are already some paint mods I am planning on it, try to get to it in next couple cold days, will be perfect to do it.. but yeah. Sorry it, the pursuit of a new truck, has taken me from board life searching through ads and emailing/calling places and even going way far away thinking I was getting a good deal.. to get kicked off an amtrak train for "mask nazis".. all ridiculous. But it is finally over.
So just to reiterate I don't want a bunch of new laws or rules constricting the board. We don't need to lay out things like a strike against it will mean death to someone.. we just need to chill. Nothing has gone down here aside from the gayshill and I guess maybe hit a few other ways, nothing large, nothing we could not handle. And really nothing has been posted here to warrant anything. Again this is a mirror to QR in the sense that again.. should Q want to, he can, and if he does we get everything and that is why we have staff.
I do want to say that this bubble is just that, our cozy spot to dig and all. I apologize for my end of things. It hasn't been really discussed by us and a global mod before, but the "coup" that took place in the kitchen on QR.. none of us were cool with. I don't believe anyone tried to be a gatekeeper or tried to somehow wield the "power of muh notables" over anons. There MAY be an instance or 2.. surely since we are all human.. but yeah was never a mission of mine or that I saw any other baker doing.
So we all still kinda have a ??? to what was going on during that period and why it took place. The faggit (OSS aka Waldo) came in namefagging, as he called us namefags, and gatekeeper as he kept kitchen and would double bake while someone (us) were baking to drive division as he gate kept. All we saw as bakers (pre-MR) was that FJ and other mods were backing that piece of shit up. blocking and locking our breds even if we were clearly the baker in the kitchen. It didn't sit well with any of us. Drove up division.
Reason we set this board up. It wasn't to drive people away from QR, or to harm QR in any way. It was because a very divisive campaign was being waged and effectively killing the hivemind/news getting out. And the times that Waldo came around were (Election, run off election.. etc) for.. well for all of 8kun up till a few weeks ago, has always been strategic. I started to personally wonder if he wasn't /team/ just to push QR over the edge and all, so that "Q" would be pushed from optics of what was going on. Seeing the news, all the latest hit pieces with MSM bringing up OANN & diff congress people, and anyone who has ever supported Q.. it seemed all too convenient timing wise.. again saw something here in logs because of BS habbening at QR and reacted.
So we didn't know if it was bakers, mods, etc that were on QR were the actual cause of the issues on QR to suicide it. We all speculated, though none of us know (don't have access to hashes/etc.. ) who has been behind the madness the last few months.
So MR was built.. and we just do what we do, none are panty raiding QR for any reason I know of, unless a single anon who has an ax to grind, which should not reflect on us as a whole.. JUST FYI.
I don't know you personally, but have heard a lot about you and the work/time you have put in. Not that it means much but thank you! Again none of us get paid, we are all here for our reasons, but your help has not gone unnoticed. (hard to get out all thoughts and not lose you in the process)

If you are using apple, something recent-ish has taken place where the Screenshots have changed from default (type to PNG) which this board does not like. Why on all my devices I have not been able to post, somehow (Big Sur new iMac) iOS (iPhone) and High Sierra (MacBookPro) all had their defaults changed to PNG which this board again does not like.. serious fuckery afoot, but it now works at least on my ole MBP.

It may be hard to believe but what we do here is important. Please do not bake if you are doing other things, messing around, not into it etc. there are plenty of bakers here at any one time. Its important to get the notables, know the convos and archive the posts etc.
