Yes
It's a C-17 Globemaster
Tail # 07-7171
can't find anything unique to it so far.
A high-wing, four-engine, T-tailed military transport aircraft, the multi-service C-17 can carry large equipment, supplies and troops directly to small airfields in harsh terrain anywhere in the world. The massive, sturdy, long-haul aircraft tackles distance, destination and heavy, oversized payloads in unpredictable conditions. It has delivered cargo in every worldwide operation since the 1990s.
Lifecycle Sustainment
Boeing has partnered with the U.S. Air Force on C-17 sustainment since the delivery of the first aircraft in 1993. With a focus on high performance at an affordable cost, Boeing provides sustainment and maintenance for global C-17 customers in eight allied countries. The C-17 fleet has a best-in-class combined dollar per flight hour and mission capable rate, performing at the highest level of readiness worldwide.

Japan PM Suga says 'few days' needed to judge whether to widen virus emergency
Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga said Sunday the government will take "a few days" before judging whether it will expand a state of emergency over the coronavirus pandemic to include Osaka, Kyoto and Hyogo prefectures. The comment on a television program came a day after the governors of the three western prefectures asked the central government to extend the state of emergency, which took effect Friday for the Tokyo region, to their jurisdictions in response to the resurging coronavirus. "I was told that we need to see the situation for a few days, so I am thinking that way," Suga said, referring to the opinion of a government panel of experts that monitors infection trends.
The government has requested measures such as shortening the opening hours of restaurants and promoting telework across the three prefectures. "I know they are in a tense situation. We are ready to respond immediately if necessary," he added.
