Brazilian AF Embraer R-99 SIGINT se of Merida Int'l Airport

AC was turned on yesterday over same location and prior to that no data available since Dec 15 where it took off and flew east towards Playa Del Carmen-16 switched on near Merida

Embraer R-99 is a dedicated Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform.

Aboard the R-99A (EMB-145 AEW&C) aircraft is the Saab (Ericsson) "ERIEYE" Active, Electronically-Scanned Array radar system which provides exceptional "eye-in-the-sky" range needed for the role. The R-99B (becoming the "E-99B" in 2008) variant carries a multi-spectral scanner, synthetic aperture radar, and Forward-Looking InfraRed (FLIR) capabilities and is also known as the EMB-145 "Multi-Intel". The proposed "P-99" (EMB-145MP - Maritime Patrol) was to be a dedicated Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) variant born from the ERJ145MP ("Maritime Patrol") model and is further differentiated by the inclusion of four underwing hardpoints (two per wing) for the carrying of air-launched ordnance.

it is unfortunate that Tor was made so peeps could hide and lots of bad code can go through without a trace, my take on the problems is their working on the code to strengthen against DDOS, can't be deplatformed so it's the only alternative to shut the anons up, ask frebe but I think they stopped Tor on comms too

I think capatability is an issue, the standard has been win and now there are several browsers but not all are equal or compatable, they all dropped FF and are having problems and trying to get around them, just muh 2 cents

code is code, relationships are relationships, it all goes well until it doesn't then whoever "owns" the code can take it away so you might have had a perfect browser till you pissed someone and they don't allow certain code, who really has all of the win OS, beside MS? Linus is fine if you aren't a pic clicker but how many really aren't? Open source requires innovation.
