woill be cheaper to buy a 3200 to 4k watt portable gen and have it cool the existing fridge. doesn't need to run 24/7. will still be able to power inet and some lights with it. can also look for a ups for when gen is resting.

i have camping gear out the you know what. i have a portable gas grill and about 20 mini lp tanks. can keep that sucker going for 6 mos.
the gen is lp as well and when last hurcane came thru i stocked up on tanks. smarty farty me. also bought a marine outboard gas tank long ago that stores 6 gallons of gas and has it's own pump.

when the 4 canes came thru in '04, i was prepped. we lost pwr for a week and lived off outdoor gas cooking and gen pwr off and on. after a week, fam got sick of it and we went to a hotel for 2 days kek. pwr came back on after that.
