I proved this to myself today when I reported a stolen bread, clearly and obviously stolen by shills, the real bread was then deleted. Fast Jack and BV crew are, as far as I am concerned, the enemy. I had my doubts when things got better after Q called him out the first time and things improved, but he apparently was only playing along to keep his hands on the controls.
