Guys. I hope you’re right but SCOTUS avoids this shit like an STD…always have. There are at least 5 ways they could dismiss this on jurisdiction grounds. Not to mention Roberts basically muting Amy and Kavanaugh at the last round table (according to SCOTUS clerk). Bet he feels even more empowered now.
