here is muh take, for what it's worth:
always figured the biggest thing determining timing is whether 'our fellow's 'muricans' are ready for what's to come. They may need to further experience 'the other side' (just how nasty the dems & frens really are). where i live, they ain't quite there yet. Not a typical place, but still. Not pessimistic about ultimate outcomes, just thinkin' it might take a little moar time, much as i would like to speed things up.
