(Small b)biden's EOs have been written, but they haven't been recorded. Does that make a difference legally? IOW, does an EO only become enforceable after it's been recorded or does it go into effect with just a signature? Having a difficult time finding the answer to that one. Halp appreciated.

>>47264 Found it. Executive orders only take effect 30 days after they are published in the Federal Register.

Perhaps that will be a trip wire - once they take effect (publish date +30 days), the illegitimate president will have taken executive action reserved for a real president?

A presidential executive order (EO) is a directive issued to federal agencies, department heads, or other federal employees by the President of the United States under his statutory or constitutional powers.

In many ways, presidential executive orders are similar to written orders, or instructions issued by the president of a corporation to its department heads or directors.

Thirty days after being published in the Federal Register, executive orders take effect. While they do bypass the U.S. Congress and the standard legislative law-making process, no part of an executive order may direct the agencies to conduct illegal or unconstitutional activities.

Then there's that whole 'unconstitutional' thing. If governors have overstepped their legal authorities mandating mask wearing, then surely the illegitimate president has as well. For example, what is the constitutional authority to mandate masks? Could he mandate wearing asparagus up your nose as well?
