White House under Trump or prior, as you see it is well lit. However now, as of 2:05am on the live cam, again the White House is lights out. From a security standpoint that would not be the best idea IF you were protecting people inside.

But the other five cameras on the mall are out of service.
What are the chances??

The guy who videoed this says WH went dark for 2 hours, there were police cars looping around; lights come back on, then there are fireworks in the background? He thinks he just saw everyone in the WH getting arrested.
