Last night was having the same problem you describe with the catalog but didn't look at the address as closely. Not sure what's going on, but take a look at the page address you're trying to reach and remove any letters after the # sign - see if that works for you. Have just tried multiple threads from the catalog and everything is loading fine now.

Maybe it has to be proven that the Supreme Court is comped prior to anything substantial taking place? If the highest court is proven to be comped, there is no law.
