Not like moar proof of scamdemic is necessary, but if Covid was declared a pandemic in March of 2020, then why was there a grant issued in March of 2019 to Xavier University with the following description:
Assessing vaccine hesitancy and a pharmacist led intervention model to increase covid-19 vaccine uptake among African Americans
What vaccine exactly were they hesitant about? IOW how could there be covid-19 vaccine hesitancy in March 2019 if there was no vaccine?

>>52618 (me) Whooopsie! Found an even earlier one re: Covid vaccine hesitance from Dec. 2019. 15 months prior to 'scandemic' declaration.

Pls remove the "how could there be vaccine hesitancy" note pending further reasearch. Looks like it may have actually started in 2020 despite what usaspending.gov says.
