If you know anyone there, you could ask them the best phone / 3G network, then buy a data sim and data bundle from that co.
If you’ve a spare device you can use it as a hotspot or they’ve also got small mobile routers you can put the sim into. They’re pretty cheap, most around 30 dollars.
It’s a sweet mobile set up.
