Looked 'em up on USAspending.gov and since 2008, they've rec'd over $2 Billion dollars in funding; somewhere between $100M and $260M per year since 2008. Two Organizations per the Swiss study that benefit from NED funds are the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute.

 

The National Democratic Institute (DUNS #110309622) also receives USG funds directly; $306M since 2008

The International Republican Institute (DUNS #126510312) receives USG funds directly: $137M since 2008
