Now Comes the PAIN
Notable conversation with a friend last night. She's not a particularly smart person and does not (generally) search the truth out for herself. I avoid political conversation with her because she generally only has Mockingbird talking point responses. Over a beer and some food at the local pub last night, i noticed one of the TVs had fox on but muted. They were covering the impeachment and my friend noticed i was reading the screen. Unprovoked, she turned to me and said, "You know what, none of this makes any sense any more. Isn't impeachment for people currently holding office? Why are they still going after him if he's no longer president and is that even legal. Any ways, i watched his speech and looked for something that could be considered "inciting an insurrection" and there simply isn't anything. On top of that, these same people were cheering on and defending violent riots all last year. I don't even really care or pay attention but this is all really making start to question some things…."
