The foundation touts itself as a 501c3 - tax exempt organization. However, the IRS tax exempt organization database has no hits. Not even a determination letter which will sometimes show up when a Foundation is newly formed but has not yet filed any returns. Are they a subchapter of another foundation? IDK yet. Wonder what the penalty is for calling yourself a 501c3 if yer not?
