I already explained this immediately after baking last night - in the Office thread, where you requested we provide that info.

But for the sake of transparency, here's the scoop:
We've been baking ahead to beat the 500 service error. Bread #280 had about five or six dummy posts which had to be deleted in order to insert notables.
Edits also had to be done because the last two pages would not post unless dummy text was used (500 service error again) - then the real dough text inserted.
I also accidentally unlocked the wrong bread (#283) which had to be relocked. Process took a long time and I was very tired.
