This has been bugging me.
On election night, bred #26 Virginia Election Map courtesy of Real Clear Politics:

No way PDJT lost Virginia. No.Freakin'.Way. And no way the % reporting can go down as results come in.
Then the previously posted article by Mary Fanning re: Dennis McDonald (whistleblower), The Hammer and Scorecard software programs and VR Systems came to mind. Turns out that Virginia does use VR Systems' software. Looked a little deeper and found a Politico article that reminded of the fuggery that went on in North Carolina - access to voter rolls the night before the 2016 Presidential election. What if the difference in "% reporting" and the very suspicious DECREASE in the number of precincts reporting in a 14 minute time frame was the result of precincts being backed out of the totals and then reloaded with different data? Need some help thinking of possible other scenerios for the % of precincts reporting to decrease.
