If the company that made that voting software is anything like their co-conspirators, it's a horrible piece of bloatware that would take at minimum week to detangle, even for the NSA. The only way to do it quickly would be to get a hold of documented source code.

Some people were disappointed by Rudy's delivery at such an odd location. But based on what people have found on these boards, I don't think the real message was intended for the public.
