Anyone else having trouble screen shotting stuff?

I tried to take a screen shot, then a video screen capture to make a meme and all I get is a black screen. That was on Hulu watching Star Trek. Other stuff still works.

I had to take a picture.

Seems like they got an ai upgrade. I have taken screen shots on Hulu for memes before. I can't even get print screen and paste it in word to work.

Gonna have to go back to real film to get things eventually.
