The US military has taken over control of these manufacturing plants producing the vaccine and switched the vials by filling them with harmless saline solution.
Trump and the military will reveal all of this fairly soon.
One of the more obvious signs that this switch in vaccine doses has taken place comes from the FDA and CDC.
These agencies have recently changed their guidance regarding the acceptable storage temperatures for these vaccines.
Recall if you will that originally we were told that the vaccines must be stored at temperatures from minus 50 to minus 90. Now, given the change in guidance from the FDA, the vaccine doses are being stored at room temperature.
Why the sudden change ?
Because the vaccine ingredients have been switched from the deadly Khazarian mafia recipe to harmless saline solution which does not require cryogenic temperatures to be stored at.
