In better news: I just bottled my first batch of beer ever, Brut IPA. Got 48 bottles exactly. Had trouble getting the syphon going, got a few mouthloads of beer, pretty tasty, tastes like a lighter IPA. Has to bottle ferment for a couple of weeks till it is ready to drink.
