If You Sell a House, the Buyer Might Be a Pension Fund

NEW YORK – A potent new force in the U.S. housing market has been the rise of big investors who aren’t just buying single homes but entire subdivisions.

D.R. Horton Inc.’s subdivision in Conroe, Texas, sold for $32 million to an online property-investing platform, Fundrise LLC, which manages more than $1 billion on behalf of about 150,000 individuals. The builder earned nearly double what it typically earns selling houses to the middle class.

They're also competing for houses with ordinary Americans, who are armed with the cheapest mortgage financing ever, and driving up home prices.

“That’s going to make U.S. housing permanently more expensive,” says John Burns Real Estate Consulting.

Medical Advisors to CDC: ‘Higher Than Expected’ Number of Cases of Heart Problems in Young Adults and Adolescents Following Covid Vaccination

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/06/medical-advisors-cdc-higher-expected-number-cases-heart-problems-young-adults-adolescents-following-covid-vaccination/

Last month it was reported the Centers for Disease Control was investigating potential heart problems in young adults and adolescents following Covid-19 vaccination.

The CDC said the mRNA ‘vaccines’ produced by Pfizer-BioNTech are ‘potentially’ causing the problem.

The FDA authorized the Pfizer gene therapy jabs for children as young as 12 earlier this month and now there are reports of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) in teens.

The reports of myocarditis in teens is more common in males and typically occurs after the second dose of the jab.

Vaccine advisors to the CDC are now saying there are a “higher-than-expected” number of cases of heart problems in young adults following Covid vaccination.

Of course the CDC is pushing back and said benefits from Covid-19 vaccination outweigh the risks “including risk of myocarditis or pericarditis.”

CNN reported:

Vaccine advisers to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say there has been a higher-than-expected number of cases of a heart ailment among young people, most often males, who’ve recently received their second doses of the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines.

The advisers’ statement, posted June 1 on the CDC website, strikes a different note from their statement about two weeks earlier, which said that the rates of myocarditis — inflammation of the heart muscle — were not higher among vaccinated people than among unvaccinated people.

The June 1 report by a work group of the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices states that within 30 days of receiving the second dose of either Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, “there was a higher number of observed than expected myocarditis/pericarditis cases in 16-24-year-olds.”

Dr. Cole recently sounded the alarm on Covid jabs during a radio interview.

“We’ve seen more deaths from this shot than all vaccines in the last 20 years combined — and that’s just in the first 4 to 5 months,” the Idaho doctor said during an appearance on Rose Unplugged 1320 WJAS.

Another Biden humiliation on the world stage.

The G7 summit kicked off Friday in Cornwall, England and Joe Biden is struggling to keep up with the grueling schedule.

Joe Biden walked alone and in the back of the pack while G7 leaders took a photo with Queen Elizabeth on Friday.

Hardly anyone spoke to Joe Biden as he shuffled over to take a photo with the queen.

Joe Biden also wandered off and got lost at one point.

Nurse Jill came to the rescue and grabbed Joe by the hand and led him away like a child as onlookers laughed.

Judge halts Biden's 'unconstitutional' $4BN program to pay up to 120% of black, Hispanic, Asian or Native American farmers' debt after 12 white farmers sued

A federal judge has halted Joe Biden's 'unconstitutional' $4 billion program to pay up to 120 percent of black, Hispanic, Asian or Native American farmers' debt, after 12 white farmers sued claiming it discriminated against them.

Wisconsin Judge William Griesbach issued a temporary restraining order Thursday blocking the loan forgiveness program Biden put in place after saying he wanted to tackle longstanding inequalities for farmers of color.

Judge Griesbach said the plan failed to provide adequate examples of recent hardships imposed on farmers from minority backgrounds. He also claimed that in trying to end one type of discrimination, the program ended up creating another.

Biden's $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan set aside $4 billion to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) for loan forgiveness for socially disadvantaged farmers and ranchers.

The money would be used to pay up to 120 percent of direct or guaranteed farm loan balances for black, American Indian, Hispanic, Asian American or Pacific Islander farmers.

A group of 12 farmers from nine states filed a lawsuit against the USDA in April alleging the program exempts white farmers and is a violation of their constitutional rights.

Griesbach sided with the white farmers Thursday temporarily halting the USDA from proceeding with the loan relief payments and saying the 'race-based criteria' is a violation of equal rights.

He said the lawsuit is 'likely to succeed on the merits of their claim' that the program's 'use of race-based criteria in the administration of the program violates their right to equal protection under the law.'

The USDA has identified 'socially disadvantaged farmer or rancher' to mean farmers 'who are one or more of the following: Black/African American, American Indian, Alaskan native, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, or Pacific Islander,' the judge noted.

The agency does not actually consider, he ruled, 'the financial circumstances of the applicant.'

Griesbach also said there was 'no evidence of intentional discrimination' of minority farmers in recent government assistance.

'Aside from a summary of statistical disparities, defendants have no evidence of intentional discrimination by the USDA in the implementation of the recent agriculture subsidies and pandemic relief efforts,' he wrote.

The judge said the program discriminates against one group in an attempt to tackle discrimination against another.

'The obvious response to a government agency that claims it continues to discriminate against farmers because of their race or national origin is to direct it to stop: it is not to direct it to intentionally discriminate against others on the basis of their race and national origin,' Griesbach said.

'Congress can implement race-neutral programs to help farmers and ranchers in need of financial assistance, such as requiring individual determinations of disadvantaged status or giving priority to loans of farmers and ranchers that were left out of the previous pandemic relief funding,' he said.

'But it cannot discriminate on the basis of race.'

The ruling was welcomed by the conservative law firm Wisconsin Institute of Law and Liberty which represented the white farmers - from Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Missouri, Iowa, Arkansas, Oregon and Kentucky - in the suit.

'The Court recognized that the federal government's plan to condition and allocate benefits on the basis of race raises grave constitutional concerns and threatens our clients with irreparable harm,' President and General Counsel Rick Esenberg told The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

'The Biden administration is radically undermining bedrock principles of equality under the law.'

The USDA said it disagrees with the judge's ruling and will carry on with plans for the program when the temporary order is lifted.

The ABC journalist who broke the infamous story about the 2016 tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch was found dead in his apartment.

The body of Christopher Sign, 45, was found in his Birmingham, Alabama apartment on Saturday morning around 8 a.m. His death is being investigated as a suicide, according to police Lt. Keith Czeskleba.

Sign wrote a book about breaking the tarmac story called Secret on the Tarmac.

“The plan was perfect. No cameras, no microphones, no prying eyes and plenty of security. The setting for a clandestine meeting could not have been better. Former President Bill Clinton exited Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s private plane 20-minutes after he boarded. Both thought they got away with it. Both were wrong. Amid a heated Presidential race, federal investigations involving emails and Benghazi and society looking for clarity on the future of the country, the secret tarmac meeting would only complicate things. The secret meeting would have never been revealed if it weren’t for a veteran journalist and a trusted source,” the Amazon description of his book reads.

Now this…

Christopher Sign told FOX News in early 2020 he has received death threats after breaking the story on Bill Clinton.

Judge tosses lawsuit by Texas hospital employees challenging forced COVID vaccinations

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit Saturday that was brought by more than 100 Houston Methodist hospital workers challenging the hospital's policy mandating that every employee be vaccinated against COVID-19.

The ruling was the first of its kind in the United States.

What is the background?

A group of 117 Houston Methodist employees filed a lawsuit against their employer last month, arguing their policy requiring COVID-19 vaccination is unlawful.

The Washington Post reported:

They accuse the hospital system of violating state law, as well as federal public health law related to the use of medical products in emergencies, saying coronavirus vaccines have only been authorized for emergency use and therefore cannot be mandated. They want the court to issue an order barring Houston Methodist from terminating the unvaccinated employees.

Last week, the hospital made good on their promise to take action against unvaccinated employees, suspending 178 workers without pay for not being vaccinated against COVID-19.

The suspended employees were given until June 21 to comply with the vaccine policy before Houston Methodist initiates the employee termination process.

What did the judge say?

U.S. District Judge Lynn Hughes dismissed every claim in the lawsuit, ruling that Houston Methodist's vaccine policy is just like any employer-instituted workplace policy.

Hughes wrote, in part:

Although her claims fail as a matter of law, it is also necessary to clarify that [hospital worker Jennifer] Bridges has not been coerced. Bridges says that she is being forced to be injected with a vaccine or be fired. This is not coercion. Methodist is trying to do their business of saving lives without giving them the COVID-19 virus. It is a choice made to keep staff, patients, and their families safer. Bridges can freely choose to accept or refuse a COVID-19 vaccine; however, if she refuses, she will simply need to work somewhere else.

If a worker refuses an assignment, changed office, earlier start time, or other directive, he may be properly fired. Every employment includes limits on the worker's behavior in exchange for his renumeration. This is all part of the bargain.

"Jennifer Bridges and the balance of the plaintiffs will take nothing from Houston Methodist Hospital and Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital," Hughes concluded.

What was the reaction?

Jared Woodfill, the attorney representing the hospital employees, said he would continue fighting — even to the U.S. Supreme Court.

"This is just one battle in a larger war to protect the rights of employees to be free from being forced to participate in a vaccine trial as a condition for employment," Woodfill said, NBC News reported.

Dr. Marc Boom, president and CEO of Houston Methodist, applauded the judge's ruling.

"We can now put this behind us and continue our focus on unparalleled safety, quality, service and innovation," Boom said.

Footage Reveals Live Bats In Wuhan Lab Despite Denials.

Despite Wuhan Institute of Virology and its U.S. taxpayer-funded collaborators such as EcoHealth Alliance’s Peter Daszak insisting the controversial lab didn’t work with live bats, new footage reveals researchers working the animal.

The footage aired on Sharri Markson’s Sky News program and reveals bats in cages at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and researchers catching and feeding the mammal. In one instance, a bat is seen hanging off the hat of a researcher from the Wuhan lab.

The evidence follows Daszak – whose organization funneled money from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases to partner with the Wuhan Institute of Virology – insisting otherwise.

“This is a widely circulated conspiracy theory. This piece describes work I’m the lead on & labs I’ve collaborated w/ for 15 yrs. They DO NOT have live or dead bats in them,” Daszak, who also served as a World Health Organization (WHO) COVID-19 investigator, tweeted.
