I'm that guy that was losing faith over T's V shot. I hope my assessment of the situation has been flawed and that I will understand wtf someday, and then, I will owe him an apology.

So anyway, I finished bottling a batch of Assimilated Cider, and 2 batches of beer. The beer has to finish bottle conditioning, but the cider is pretty damn good. Tastes like a dry apple wine that is carbonated. I don't like sweet so it is great.
