if no vpn, sometimes turning off router/phone for 10 min might get you a new ip that might not be banned and allow you back onto the site

mayb but it's the ip that counts so if banned find a way to gain a new ip

sometimes multiple ip are banned

the way to get a new ip sometimes is to leave the network for 10 min and hop back on and a new ip might be assigned

if so, then possible to bypass the ban

but usually i don't return to sites that are banning
