I was just banned from Telegram.
Was in a private channel preparing a big drop about Pegasus. Right as I was preparing to push info out, telegram booted me and banned my phone number.
I appealed the ban, but I doubt it will be effective. If the Telegram appeal is granted, then I will address this issue again.
I believe Pepper is still an admin on the codemonkeyzchat channel. I emailed her and will ask her to pin a message and shut down new messages to the codemonkeyzchat channel if she still is able to access and admin it.

A Democratic proposal that would give Black people more federal aid than White people to make down payments on homes is bringing charges of reverse racism and threats of lawsuits.
Rep. Maxine Waters, California Democrat, proposed the race-based down-payment program to be included in President Biden’s $3.5 trillion package of health care, clean energy and anti-poverty programs that he dubbed “human infrastructure.”
Housing advocates are demanding that Democratic leaders follow Ms. Water’s lead. They say her proposal would finally deal with the inequality that White people are far more likely to own homes than Black people and other minorities. They point to a study by the liberal Urban Institute that shows the homeownership gap has widened since the 1960s.
The study found that 72% of White families and 42% of Black families owned homes in 2017. That 30-point gap was up from 27 points in 1960.
Ms. Waters, a former chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus who now chairs the Financial Services Committee, said she would like the federal government to give $20,000 grants for down payments to people if neither they nor their parents own a home.
White prospective homebuyers would be eligible for the $20,000 grants, but people of color would be more likely to fit the criteria.
Particularly alarming to critics is that Ms. Waters would give another $5,000 in down-payment assistance to members of a “socially disadvantaged group.” The legislation defines the group as those “identifying as Black, Hispanic, Native American, or Asian American, or any combination thereof.”
The proposal ignited another political flashpoint over Democrats’ efforts to address historic racial inequities by creating programs open only to minorities.
In May, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative legal nonprofit, sued the Biden administration for prioritizing COVID-19 relief funds for bars and restaurants owned by minorities.
In June, a Florida federal court judge granted a preliminary injunction blocking another Biden administration relief program that forgave loans of Black farmers.
To opponents such as Sen. Patrick J. Toomey of Pennsylvania, the top Republican on the Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, Ms. Waters’ plan is tantamount to a form of racism that discriminates against White people. ..

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is ordering Americans to receive the dangerous and experimental COVID-19 vaccine under the threat that he will shut down public life in America with the Democrats if they do not comply.
McConnell is issuing these terror threats to implement the fledgling vaccine regime as Americans begin to resist the mass hysteria pushed about COVID-19 for over a year now.

Indiana University students are now being forced to take a COVID-19 vaccination should they want to continue their education after a federal judge refused on Monday to block the school’s mandate.
U.S. District Court Judge Damon Leichty in South Bend, Indiana, rejected the argument by eight students that the school had violated their bodily autonomy and constitutional right to due process.
“This university policy isn’t forced vaccination,” wrote the judge. “The students have options — taking the vaccine, applying for a religious exemption, applying for a medical exemption, applying for a medical deferral, taking a semester off, or attending another university.”
Other universities have already denied students legitimate medical exemptions for the shot, including an incoming college freshman diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome who lost her scholarship and admission due to refusal of the vaccine.
The students sued last month and asked the judge to block the school’s requirement of a COVID-19 vaccine in order to attend. Exempted students are forced to follow separate COVID-19 mitigation strategies.
“Today’s ruling does not end the students’ fight — we plan to immediately appeal the judge’s decision,” states James Bopp, a conservative activist attorney who represented the students.
Per Reuters, more than 500 colleges and universities have mandated the COVID-19 vaccine, and Leichty’s ruling appears to be the first in a case challenging such a policy.
“At one point during Tuesday’s proceedings, the subject of exemptions to the vaccine were presented,” wrote reporter Zach Horner. “Bopp and Judge Damon R. Leichty went back and forth over IU needing to require exemptions for religious reasons, bodily autonomy, and right to choose medical treatment. The judge said, with regard to bodily autonomy, there is no caselaw precedent set to establish bodily autonomy as a fundamental right, and that it is a liberty, thus may not be a reason to scrap the vaccine mandate from IU.” ..

By a vote of 216 to 207 Tuesday evening, Democrats in the House of Representatives blocked consideration of a bill that would require the Director of National Intelligence to declassify information related to the origins of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, specifically information about any role the Wuhan Institute of Virology may have played in the pandemic's outbreak.
The COVID-19 Origin Act was introduced in the U.S. Senate by Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Mike Braun (R-IN) and passed unanimously in May.
Rep. Michael Burgess (R-TX) brought the COVID-19 Origin Act to the House floor for consideration with Reps. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) and Darin LaHood (R-IL) explaining its importance shortly before Democrats voted down the measure Tuesday night.
"The best disinfectant is sunlight and that's what we can provide today," Wenstrup explained of the COVID-19 Origin Act. "The bill first establishes that we must identify the precise origins of COVID-19 because it is critical for preventing a similar pandemic in the future."
"I cannot stress enough that this bill is not controversial by any means," Wenstrup continued. "In fact, it passed the Senate in May with unanimous consent — not one senator objected.
