Instead of targeting Blacks, perhaps Patrick and Gov. Greg Abbott should be preventing illegal immigrants who are not being tested or mandated to take vaccines from entering and transiting across the Lone Star State.
Dan Patrick must immediately issue a statement of apology for his insidious comment.
