I am MOVING because of a person in the area very dangerous like what you are exp. I know it's bullshit that I or anyone should have to be the one to decide to move but wow that person is an absolute psycho. Been reading you're tale the last few months over time and man my best advice is to prepare to sell and move to a more peaceful sanctuary. It will only get worse unless you can make up and be as close to what you would call friends as possible. i would talk to him about what happens to the neighborhood when the UN troops arrive .Will he still be wanting to be enemy's then.
