Then GP runs with it, extensively quoting Lin Wood's claims. But they are only that - claims.
So headline seems deceptive to me.

So GP recycles an old article with unsauced claims made by NBC from 2019, adds in Woods' general remarks about China, and calls it NEWS.
Lin Wood did not say what GP says he did. They do not include the quote in their article, either. Lin Wood makes only general claims about Chinese bad intentions in his tweets, like "Dominion was Communist voting sytem used to control our election."
May be true, but there is NO SAUCE.
