I think the timer is not altogether a terrible idea to combat bots and spammers. But 15 minutes is steep. Also, they started adding another capcha step in, and then that would take longer and maybe error out.
I honestly just like communicating w people in some form apart from in person. Always been that way. iiwii. Can't talk on tiktok without ban. can't talk on twitter without ban.
