Thanks very much to the anons posting military fiction. Are reviews allowed?
1/5. The first tank appears at 82% through the book. The "war" only gets a few pages. A huge amount of the book is literally about an NK agent getting a colonoscopy and taking care of his girlfriend and her son (not joking). You get dozens (hundreds?) of pages about digging a tunnel and maybe 2 pages of tank battle.
Only about 15% into this, but it already has infantry battles, specop raids and air/ground combat and the war hasn't even started. The writing and pacing is of acceptable quality for what it is. 4/5 so far.
