I live in Arizona in a Zone 7 planting area. Luckily for me they overwinter in the ground nicely. I started planting cannas 5 years ago. I have a bunch coming up now. The one I ordered is not available in stores near me.

I prefer the computer. the large screen is easier to see and since I do obsess a little about patterns it makes it easier for me to zoom and search. Since research is my passion I need to be able to have multiple windows open and easily accessible to provide sauce for my posts. I don't use my phone much. I used to be on another research board but the moderator replaced my words with his own. I found that to be over the line so I stopped participating in that board. I've never witnessed that here. I am assuming we are allowed to talk about pens and pen accessories here. I really wanted to show Jim this set I found at a yard sale, I think I paid 10 or $15 for it. I think it's cool because it still has the original glass ink wells. The stamp holder was missing a lid so the one in the pic is just a metal lid that happened to fit it.
The little ink well liner boxes are red plastic or maybe bakelite, but not glass. They don't have a flat bottom, they taper down into a wedge so there is a deep and shallow end. I imagine that was designed to use every last drop of ink.
It was probably used by an accountant because it has two ink wells. One for the black ink and one for red ink.

I did a dig a long time ago into the group that created the conditions that caused the Rodeo Chediski fire to get so out of control. i was on the research board in 2018. I saw all the CP, gore porn, gay porn, chicks with dicks. I reported a lot of the CP and as soon as I did it was removed from the board. I did the same damn thing on instagram and two weeks later I would get a notice saying it didn't go against their terms of service or some bullshit like that.
