Muhammad was a jew by his own actions, invoking jewish law and respecting the Torah "and he who revealed it to you". The jews have essentially wiped out most of the other races understanding of things linking it all to their own jewish code, coincidently this has helped spread the jewish people to all lands and societies. Further jews under Islam have historically lived easy lives, occasionally a jew will "convert" to Islam to write some letter about why a war against non-Muslims needs to be waged or whatever but usually the jew just has an untouched jewish community and pays the jizya tax.

The jewish Messiah would have to be jewish or he wouldn't be the jewish Messiah foretold in the Torah. That's the whole point of Luke's Genealogy of the mother of Jesus being Mary and Mary being descended from jews. Further on in Luke, Mary has Jesus circumcised by a Mohel according to jewish law, which would be the first time the blood of Jesus is shed.
A boy born of a jewish mother, who is circumcised according to Mosaic Law sounds awfully jewish.

Also if you're a Eastern Orthodox and are caught talking about the Book of Veles which any material of it is still banned in Russia today.
