It's not about the boards, it's about the anons who posted. There is a /g/ here, but it's deserted. I opened a thread there, but I can't force anyone to post. The last desktop thread there is from a decade ago, with the last post being from 4 years ago.
I don't think this concept of "make your own board" is as good as it first seems either.

Those were their paying customers. Israel (and three letter agencies) literally paid for the privilege to spam threads and flood the site with trash.
Unless they are explicitly banned, every site can be assumed to be run by israelis and glowies.
