No it wasn't. Everything wasn't disappeared. All the boards weren't completely wiped with the big hack. The newest oldest stuff was saved on a build the hackers didn't know about. CM made threads asking everyone what they wanted. We had a few weeks to save our boards. I would know as I ran five boards myself. I chose to step away.

This is correct. At the time, I had family life to take care of. Personally, I was spending less time posting and maintaining the boards because I wanted to focus more on my family

These are entirely wrong. Have you been to /dir/ yet? There are posts from 2015. This is because all the boards with aged posts are from an infinity build that CM had in storage which hackers didn't have access to. >>13583587

I share your sentiment. Old infinity culture can be still be seen. Just need to look, sometimes very hard.
