So brave! I would like to share my own story: I was sent to Auschwitz with my whole family in 1943, my grandma was only 5 years old at the time and being unable to work she was immediately gassed upon arrival. The next day my Mother's twin sister, who was only 7 years old at the time, was launched by a catapult into the air and used as a target for Dr. Mengele's skeet shooting that he did every weekend. I myself was put into the gas chambers but luckily every other Jew in the gas chamber, one-by-one, made an airtight seal around my lips with their own and gave me the last air in their lungs, this kept me alive long enough but luckily the shower heads only sprayed water instead of gas so I survived but was the only one. For daring to survive 3 other Jews and I was put into a cage with a small door leading to another cage with a starving bear who had 3 pennies on a necklace, all other 3 Jews crawled through the door and met their deaths, luckily I was too fat to fit through and being 48 years old at the time my knees were too sore to crawl and thus was saved by G-D once again.
