I am no expert(..or maybe I am), but US code § 373 sure seems to be abridging the right to speak freely here. Lets see if we can translate this in to something a little more §373 compliant, for the ferns.

= (Is the same as saying)

"shoot the ones who come to take them without exception"
= (Is the same as saying)
Use the necessary legal force to protect your rights, your property, and your person, from any tyrant or agent thereof who illegally attempts to commit a forcible felony, or deprives of your rights guaranteed by the constitution.
"Stop being scared, you know this is coming. You have the tools to put a stop to it"
= (is the same as saying)
