I believe the fourth turning could all be part of the same system of control. You are correct, it does line up with the international bankruptcy cycles every nation abides by for a long time now. Look at americas 70yr bankruptcy cycles and how those line up with everyone of its crisis events. Am i left to assume that the fourth turning or final 20 yr period must be used to move the people to where they need to be once the 70 yr bankruptcy cycle is over, which gives a 10 yr period to prepare everyone for the new paradigm created by the new debt contract negotiated or constitution or agreement between the people and governance?…
