I don't know about the other two, but Tara might be an immortal. She takes in just about as much alcohol as she gives up salt and does a fair bit of whoring besides, so you'd expect something to have gotten her by now.
It's not really hate, it's more love of attention and an opportunity to socially signal to get that attention by regurgitating popular opinions on highly controlled platforms that punish non-conformity and make the process even easier. They don't know why they're really angry, only that they should be angry because they've been told where the angry line is, and that the line continually transports itself to contradictory positions on the same issues is no concern if no one remembers the upboats they got by toeing it last time.
