I checked his tweet and there's no context there. I assumed things because I saw "Womens March" earlier itt.

Also he didn't say "refuse to serve non-christians" but "refuse to serve patients because it offends your beliefs", that's a big difference.

Also also never heard of a doctor who refused to serve someone from different religion, but I've heard of doctors who refuse to perform abortion.

I don't think this is an issue.

Article suggest it's about right to, for example, refuse to perform abortion. In some countries this is allowed under certain conditions (where I live), in other places doctors can loose their job if they refuse.
