I made this post a few minutes ago. THIS is the solution IMO. If that happens on this board or another board this is what it will take to solve this problem once and for all. No one man army can do this because it takes 24/7/365 attention from probably 5-7 anons.
I feel they need to be REAL WORLD friends not this 'my anon bro fron the chan' shit. My fam is me, wifey and a little baby and some chickens. I am unemployed and semi-homeless. The incredible lack of stability of that would make me not a great candidate. I hope someone with a few friends/family can pick up the torch. Take the BO and BV positions and then there is a full time rock solid base that can train/vet bakers and fill gaps where and when needed.

8bit, can you perhaps make a guide on how to run one of these fucking boards like a boss? Does one have to be a programmer? I tried to make a UFO board once and it was devastated by shill posts and so I just quit. I don't know how to make it work.
A comprehensive guide could help someone self-dentify as a board owner or train up to be one in short order then keep it going. I was here super-early on and remember the early rules Q demanded. They were NO DELETIONS, NO BANS, NO NAMEFAGGING, NO FAMEFAGGING. etc. That was what killed CBTS and The Storm. (death of the storm was funny as fuck by the way). Anyway those are my thoughts.
