Spain: Ministry of Health Confirms It Has Not Isolated The SARS-CoV-2 Virus and Admits “Tests, By Themselves, Are Not Usually Sufficient to Determine the Disease.”

In a response to a request made under the Transparency Act (2013), the Ministry of Health in Spain acknowledged that “it does not have a SARS-CoV-2 culture” nor a “registry of laboratories with culture and isolation capacity for testing.” The response also discharged all responsibility for diagnoses and treatments onto health professionals and recognised that “tests, by themselves, are not usually sufficient to determine the disease.”
“The Ministry of Health does not have a SARS-CoV-2 culture for testing, and it does not have a registry of laboratories with culture and isolation capacity for testing.
In relation to the SARS-COV-2 diagnostic tests, and in general, with issues related to the SARS-Cov-2 pandemic, the Ministry of Health works with the aforementioned documents, which are updated according to the epidemiological need, to enable decision-making in relation to the management of the pandemic, and the dissemination of information to third parties that can use it in their specific environments. In this sense, the most conceptual and definitional issues remain more in academic and teaching environments, with the Ministry of Health playing a more secondary role and not acting on these issues in its power.
Finally, the evaluation of patients in relation to their state of health, be it COVID-19 or another disease or pathology, is the responsibility of the reference health professionals. The tests, by themselves, are not usually sufficient to determine disease, requiring an expert evaluation of the person who has been tested.

Bill Clinton admitted to hospital for non-COVID related infection
Former President Bill Clinton was hospitalized in California Tuesday with a suspected blood infection.
The 42nd commander in chief was taken to University of California Irvine Medical Center for “close monitoring” and was given IV antibiotics and fluids, according to a joint statement from Dr. Alpesh Amin and Dr. Lisa Bardack.
Clinton spokesman Angel Urena specified in a separate statement that the hospital visit is not COVID-related.
By Thursday, the 75-year-old ex-president remained at the hospital and was “on the mend” and “in good spirits,” Urena said.
“After two days of treatment, his white-blood-cell count is trending down and he is responding to antibiotics well,” Clinton’s physicians said.
“He remains at the hospital for continuous monitoring,” the statement said.
Clinton served as president from 1993 to 2001.
Since leaving the White House, the former president has faced several other health scares.
In 2004, he underwent quadruple bypass surgery in New York City at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital after experiencing prolonged chest pains and shortness of breath.
During the bypass, the surgeons took two veins from Clinton’s chest and one from his leg and attached them to arteries serving the heart.
Ahead of the 2004 surgery, Clinton was taking medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
A year later Clinton returned to the hospital for surgery for a partially collapsed lung.
In 2010 the ex president had a pair of stents implanted in a coronary artery.
Following the health episodes, Clinton embraced a largely vegan diet that saw him lose weight and report improved health.
He returned to the campaign trail ahead of the 2008 and 2016 presidential elections to support his wife, Hillary Clinton’s failed White House bids.
As recently as last month, Clinton was about town in the Big Apple.
He was spotted on Sept. 23 attending a bashed hosted by Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader at the rooftop bar of ModernHaus Soho, sources had told The Post.
The party took place the same week as the UN General Assembly.

First civilian to lead the Pentagon's DSCA reportedly told colleagues overseeing foreign arms sales was her "dream job"
Heidi Grant will leave her position as director of the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency, which oversees foreign arms sales at the pentagon, on Nov. 6. Before officially stepping down, she has already landed a job overseeing the “defense, space and government services sales teams” at Boeing, and will start work for the aircraft and missile manufacturer just two days later on Nov. 8.
In a press release, Boeing boasted that “Heidi Grant, director of the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), has been selected to lead Boeing’s defense, space and government services sales teams. She will join the company Nov. 8 as vice president of Business Development, leading the organization previously known as Global Sales and Marketing (GSM).”
“Heidi brings extensive experience in global strategy and competitive positioning across the life cycle,” Boeing President and CEO Leanna Caret stated. “We look forward to working closely with her as we compete, win and grow our business around the world.”
“In her current role she is responsible for the administration and execution of U.S. Department of Defense security cooperation programs and activities involving defense articles, military training and other defense-related services,” the statement continued. “She began her U.S. Department of Defense career in 1989 and held key roles with the departments of the Navy and Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff and two combatant commands with assignments from base to headquarters levels, including an overseas assignment.”
Grant, who became the first civilian to lead the DSCA in August 2020, reportedly told colleagues that overseeing U.S. foreign arms sales was her “dream job.”

DOJ MEMORY HOLES ANDREW MCCABE WRONGDOING.
Andrew McCabe was the number-two man at the FBI during the years disgraced former Director James Comey was in charge. He was a critical part of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation targeting the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. He took part in the FBI's misrepresentations to a secret foreign surveillance court when it wrongly wiretapped former campaign aide Carter Page. And he was found, by the Justice Department's own inspector general, to have lied repeatedly to investigators looking into his leaks to the media during the Hillary Clinton email investigation. For that, then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe on March 16, 2018.
McCabe sued the Justice Department. As a result of his firing, just before his scheduled retirement, he received a smaller pension than he otherwise would have.Plus, he didn't get retirement things such as FBI Senior Executive Service cufflinks and a plaque with his FBI badge on it. McCabe wanted it all back — plus, he wanted the department to expunge any record of his ever having been fired. Like it never happened.
Now, the Biden Justice Department has agreed to it all. The department settled McCabe's suit and agreed to pay him $200,000 in back pension benefits.They're giving him the cufflinks and the plaque— and they are expunging his record of any mention of that firing unpleasantness. Just for good measure, the FBI — that would mean you, the taxpayer — is also paying McCabe's lawyers $539,000 in fees.
Some will be outraged at the money settlement, but perhaps the most outrageous part is the Justice Department's decision to remove McCabe's firing from his FBI record — to memory hole the entire thing as far as McCabe’s record is concerned. So in the interest of public disclosure, you can read Inspector General Michael Horowitz's report here. Horowitz found that McCabe "lacked candor" — the FBI's phrase for lying — on several occasions when he was questioned about his contacts with reporters from the Wall Street Journal and other outlets. We found that, in a conversation with then-Director Comey shortly after the WSJ article was published, McCabe lacked candor when he told Comey, or made statements that led Comey to believe, that McCabe had not authorized the disclosure and did not know who did. This conduct violated FBI Offense Code 2.5 (Lack of Candor — No Oath).
We also found that on May 9, 2017, when questioned under oath by FBI agents from [the Inspection Division], McCabe lacked candor when he told the agents that he had not authorized the disclosure to the WSJ and did not know who did. This conduct violated FBI Offense Code 2.6 (Lack of Candor — Under Oath).

Military Is Developing ‘Cognitive Warfare’ Weapons

Cognitive Warfare is defined as “art of using technologies to alter the cognition of human targets”. What technologies? The same ones that are driving Transhumanism on a global scale, namely, NBIC – nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science
Western governments in the NATO military alliance are developing tactics of “cognitive warfare,” using the supposed threats of China and Russia to justify waging a “battle for your brain” in the “human domain,” to “make everyone a weapon.”
NATO is developing new forms of warfare to wage a “battle for the brain,” as the military alliance put it.
The US-led NATO military cartel has tested novel modes of hybrid warfare against its self-declared adversaries, including economic warfare, cyber warfare, information warfare, and psychological warfare.
Now, NATO is spinning out an entirely new kind of combat it has branded cognitive warfare. Described as the “weaponization of brain sciences,” the new method involves “hacking the individual” by exploiting “the vulnerabilities of the human brain” in order to implement more sophisticated “social engineering.”
Until recently, NATO had divided war into five different operational domains: air, land, sea, space, and cyber. But with its development of cognitive warfare strategies, the military alliance is discussing a new, sixth level: the “human domain.”
A 2020 NATO-sponsored study of this new form of warfare clearly explained, “While actions taken in the five domains are executed in order to have an effect on the human domain, cognitive warfare’s objective is to make everyone a weapon.”
“The brain will be the battlefield of the 21st century,” the report stressed. “Humans are the contested domain,” and “future conflicts will likely occur amongst the people digitally first and physically thereafter in proximity to hubs of political and economic power.”

State votes to withdraw from National School Boards Assoc. over ‘domestic terror’ letter

The Pennsylvania School Boards Association is one of 11 state school boards that are officially disavowing the National School Boards Association for asking the FBI to label parents protesting educational policies at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists.”
In a statement following a vote to cancel membership in the National School Boards Association, the PSBA noted that the recent letter to President Joe Biden that seemed to suggest concerned parents could be considered “domestic terrorists” was the “final straw” in the decision to exit the national school board group.
The state groups are blasting the letter sent by the NSBA last week that asserted school board members and teachers were under attack. Attorney General Merrick Garland replied by sending a memo that warned of a “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” against schools and asserted that the DOJ will “discourage these threats, identify them when they occur, and prosecute them when appropriate.”

Bank of Canada Moving Ahead on Preparing a Digital Currency
The Bank of Canada is hiring a product architect as it continues to move forward with its “contingency plan” for a central bank digital currency (CBDC), leading some to speculate about the potential consequences.
A digital currency is a hot topic south of the border, as the U.S. public awaits the imminent release of a Federal Reserve paper on its own CBDC. While the idea may be new to Americans, the Bank of Canada has been issuing reports on the concept since November 2016.
A year ago, the bank co-authored a report with six other central banks and the Bank of International Settlements to establish foundational principles and core features of a CBDC. In February 2021, the bank published three CBDC proposals: one from the University of Calgary, another from McGill University, and a joint University of Toronto and York University submission.
In an email to The Epoch Times, Bank of Canada spokesman Alex Paterson said the proposals were made to stimulate thought.
“[T]he proposed designs are not intended to be adopted by the Bank. Rather, the Bank will use these reports to inform its thinking and advance public conversation on a central bank digital currency design,” Paterson wrote.
Bank leadership has consistently said it’s only trying to be prepared and a digital currency is not a sure thing. Governor Tiff Macklem told the media in April that the decision ultimately lies with the finance minister, adding, “if we were to issue a digital currency, we wouldn’t stop printing cash.”
Still, the bank is taking steps toward bringing a product to market. In August, it issued a job posting for a product architect for “a program of major social significance to design a contingent system for a central bank digital currency (CBDC), which can be thought of as a banknote, but in digital form.”
According to the posting, part of the job would be to “craft a coherent product architecture and design that will be a fit at a national scale and adaptable for decades.”
