Two conservative members of Biden's Supreme Court commission resign
https://justthenews.com/government/courts-law/two-conservative-members-bidens-supreme-court-commission-resign
According to The Hill, Harvard law professor Jack Goldsmith and University of Virginia professor Caleb Nelson both resigned.
In a statement to The Hill, Nelson said âââit was an honor for me to be part of the Commission.â Goldsmith, on the other hand, did not respond to requests for comment.
In a statement, the White House expressed its appreciation for the work conducted by both professors on the commission.
âWe respect their decision and very much appreciate the significant contributions that they made during the last 5 months in terms of preparing for these deliberations,â White House spokesman Andrew Bates said.
The resignations just come one day after their committee released its preliminary findings warning against the idea of court-packing, and advocating for term limits for federal justices.
Many progressive members of the commission expressed their concern over the fact that the report only gave arguments against court-packing, rather than giving both sides of the issue.
It is not yet clear if any of the suggestions laid out in the report will be implemented by Congress.

ICYMI: Dr. Shiva reveals shocking results of 2020 election analysis in open forum đ¨âŹď¸
Dr. Shiva reveals shocking results of 2020 election analysis in open forum - Right Side Broadcasting Network (RSBN) (https://rsbnetwork.com/featured/dr-shiva-reveals-shocking-results-of-2020-election-analysis-in-open-forum/)
President Donald Trump this week urged supporters to tune into Dr. Shiva Ayyaduraiâs online open forum where he presented his findings from the Maricopa County election audit in Arizona.
Dr. Shiva, a world-renowned systems scientist who also holds four degrees from MIT, on Thursday shared his recent discoveries from a limited analysis he conducted on the shocking election irregularities that continue to spill out of Arizona.
During his analysis on Maricopa, he found:
2,580 bad signatures on ballots,
1,919 mail-in ballots with no signature, and
6,545 mail-in ballots with no envelope.
According to Liz Harrington, official spokeswoman for President Trump, the total number of questionable ballots, 11,044, surpass the margin of 10,457 Joe Biden needed for victory in Arizona on election night in November 2020.
In addition, Dr. Shiva revealed that an estimated 100,000 to 200,000 signatures on mail-in ballots were âcured.â This means that ballot images were digitally compressed, and typically, non-forensically trained election workers then compared two images side by side, judging whether or not the signatures matched.
âI think the whole process, in my viewâŚThe signature verification process, is unverifiable,â Dr. Shiva said.
"It's not just a compression, it's a wholesale change of the imageâŚthey have to be doing something extraordinary in their compression."
Maricopa County's explanations never add up, just like the numbers will never add up to "81 million" for Joe Biden! pic.twitter.com/9TFIBsYDRH
â Liz Harrington (@realLizUSA) October 14, 2021
Maricopa County maintains that an alleged .03 percent of the mail-in ballots for the 2020 presidential election were rejected for signature problems, which amounts to 587 ballots out of 1,918,463 ballots cast. However, Dr. Shivaâs analysis seems to point to much bigger numbers of signature verification issues.
This comes on the heels of the Arizona 2020 presidential election audit hearing in late September, which revealed shocking data, including a reported 17,322 duplicated early voting ballots, over 20,000 voters with addresses that didnât match, and 5,047 voters who voted in multiple counties.
As a result of the overwhelming discrepancies, Dr. Kelly Ward, Chairwoman of the Arizona GOP and staunch Trump supporter, said in a tweet that Maricopa County had âcertified an uncertifiable election. #Decertify.â
President Trump also dared the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to join Dr. Shivaâs online election audit forum. Trump challenged, âIf they have nothing to hide, and if this was the âmost secure electionâ in history, they would show up and answer the many questions raised by the audit, like how there were over 17,000 duplicate mail-in ballots and why they poured in after Election Day, how there were over 6,000 more ballots than there were envelopes, or why some were stamped âverified and approved,â even though they had no signature, which is against the law.â
The election irregularities discovered in Arizona are disturbing and showcase open corruption and untrustworthy ballot-counting at the hands of election workers.
President Trump stated that the irregularities and corruption of Maricopa County are now in the hands of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich. âEverybody knows what the right answer is, both in Arizona and other places!â he said.
Maricopa County certified an uncertifiable election. #Decertify https://t.co/fx6Apa5uo8
â Dr. Kelli Ward đşđ¸ (@kelliwardaz) October 14, 2021
The margin of victory for Biden in 2020 was remarkably slim at just over 10,000 ballots. The overwhelming number of election irregularities in just Maricopa County alone would be more than enough to flip the state red for President Trump if every ballot with issues was thrown out.
Of course, an election result has never been decertified before in the history of the United States, but unprecedented does not mean impossible. As pressure intensifies to investigate not just the findings from Arizona, but findings from other key battleground states and counties, the pressure to decertify the presidential election results has continued to heat up, as well.

BREAKING: 138 Legislators from 38 States Write a Letter to the American People Calling for a 50-State Audit, Decertification Where Appropriate, and Possible Convening of the US House of Representatives pic.twitter.com/ksv1OiEW9C
â Wendy Rogers (@WendyRogersAZ) October 15, 2021
Letter From State Legislators To The American People Reference The 2020 Election
To the citizens of the United States of America,
We the undersigned state legislators of the United States are vested with the plenary power by our US Constitution (Article 2 Section 1 Clause 2) to oversee the election of the president of the United States.
It has come to our attention from an audit of 2.1 million ballots in Arizona complemented by an in-depth canvass of votes in Arizona, as well as through multiple different data reviews of voting by independent experts; that our representative republic suffered a corrupted 2020 election.
In addition to Arizona, sworn affidavits have accumulated from many states detailing rampant corruption and mismanagement in the election process. Fraud and inaccuracies have already been shown through multiple audits and canvasses in multiple states, as well as through lawsuits challenging the validity of election results in several counties in multiple states.
We have come to the conclusion that all 50 states need to be forensically audited. Voter rolls should be scrubbed with a canvass of the voters to ensure future integrity of our elections.
If results from these measures prove an inaccurate election was held, as has been shown in Arizona, and is being shown in many other states; then it is clear that certification of many electors was improperly rendered in January 2021 of the November 2020 United States presidential election.
We call on each state to decertify its electors where it has been shown the elections were certified prematurely and inaccurately.
If it is shown that either Joe Biden would receive fewer than 270 tallied electoral votes, or Donald Trump would receive more than 270 electoral votes, then we call for the US House of Representatives to convene and vote per the US Constitution by means of one vote per state to decide the rightful winner of the election in accordance with the constitutional process of choosing electors.
This is our historic obligation to restore the election integrity of the vote as the bedrock of our constitutional republic.
If we do not have accurate and fair elections, we do not have a country.
Our new founding fathers seek to form a more perfect union through securing elections and taking back state sovereignty from our increasingly massive federal government.
Senator Rogers started a nationwide petition to decertify the fraudulent 2020 election in Arizona and it has already surpassed 1,000,000 signatures.

Consumer prices in September increased U.S. inflation to 5.4% compared to a year ago, according to the Labor Department monthly consumer price index report, released Wednesday.
The number matches the highest such rate since 2008, amid global supply chain issues.
The Consumer Price Index rose 0.4% in September from August, with the costs of new cars, food, gas, and restaurant meals all increasing.
The annual increase in the consumer price index matched readings in June and July as the highest in 13 years, the department's Bureau of Labor Statistics also reported.
The costs of food and shelter in September together together contributed to more than half of the monthly, seasonally adjusted increase, the bureau also reported.

President Trump Releases Findings from Pima County AZ â Precincts with Over 100% Turnout! âEither A New Election Should Immediately Take Place Or The Past Election Should Be Decertifiedâ
https://t.me/LizHarrington76/1778
President Donald Trump released a statement today revealing new âdamning and determinativeâ information discovered in Pima County, Arizona.
The Gateway Pundit reported on a statement earlier, where President Trump teased this release.
These new findings from the Pima County mail-in ballot analysis are both damning and determinative, and they show that fictitious votes were inserted into the system.
The Gateway Pundit reported that AZ State Rep and candidate for Arizona Secretary of State, Mark Finchem hinted at these findings at the last Trump rally, and he is fighting for a full forensic audit of Pima County.
President Trump released the following statement today.
Statement by Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America
A new analysis of mail-in ballots in Pima County, Arizona means the election was Rigged and Stolen from the Republican Party in 2020, and in particular, its Presidential Candidate.
The analysis derived from publicly available election data, shows staggering anomalies and fictitious votes in Pima Countyâs mail-in returns, making it clear they stuffed the ballot box (in some precincts with more ballots than were ever sent!).
Your favorite Republican candidate was steadily outperforming the Republican share of the ballots by 3%, while Joe Biden was underperforming Democrats by 3%. But when mail-in ballots started pouring in way higher than normal (at over 87%), this trend flipped. In other words, when it was clear that Trump was going to win, thatâs when they swung into action. As more mail-in ballots poured and increased by 1%, Trumpâs performance decreased by 1% while Bidenâs increased.
As more and more mail-in ballots were stuffed into the system, Bidenâs numbers shot way up. But they overplayed their hand, and got caught. Two precincts in Pima had over 100% turnout for mail-in ballots â which is impossible â and 40 precincts had over 97% returned. The national mail-in ballot return rate was 71%, but in Pima County the mail-in ballot return rate was 15% higher, and 19% higher than all the counties combined in the entire state of Arizona. One precinct with 99.5% mail-in turnout had 9,812 ballots counted. Another precinct with 100.6% turnout had 2,182 ballots returned, but only 2,170 mail-ins were ever sent.
Turnout rates of 99% and 100% is what you get in a Third World Country, and thatâs what weâre becoming (look at crime, the Border, Afghanistan, food prices, energy prices, and the empty store shelves, etc.), unless this is fixed immediately!
The precincts above 92% mail-in return rate represented 264,000 votes. If just 2% are fraudulent, meaning Trump votes went to Biden, that would be enough to change the so-called margin in Arizona of 10,457 votes.
The Department of Justice has had this information since the November 2020 Election, and has done nothing about it. The Pima County GOP should start a canvass of Republican voters in order to identify and remove the obvious fictitious voters from the system.
In addition, the Arizona Audit found tens of thousands of illegal votes, inluding 6,545 mail-in ballots with no envelopes, 2,580 bad signatures on mail-in ballot envelopes, and 1,919 mail-in ballot envelopes with no signature, which is also determinative and more than the margin.
Either a new Election should immediately take place or the past Election should be decertified and the Republican candidate declared winner.
Liz Harrington shared the statement on Twitter.

Judge refuses to dismiss Jussie Smollett criminal case
Associated Press
Updated: 4:09 p.m. on Friday, October 15, 2021
CHICAGO â A judge on Friday denied a last-ditch effort to dismiss a criminal case against actor Jussie Smollett, who is accused of lying to police when he reported that he was the victim of a racist, anti-gay attack in downtown Chicago in January 2019.
An attorney for the former âEmpireâ actor said Smollettâs rights were being violated since he had already performed community service and given up a $10,000 bond under a previous deal with Cook County prosecutors to drop charges.
âA deal is a deal. Thatâs ancient principle,â attorney Nenye Uche said.
But Judge James Linn noted that Smollettâs case now was being led by a special prosecutor appointed by another judge, an arrangement that he would not upset.
Linn said jury selection in Smollettâs trial would start Nov. 29.
Smollett, a gay Black man, told police in 2019 that two masked men attacked him when he was in Chicago working on âEmpire.â But he was charged weeks later with filing a false police report, after investigators concluded that he staged the attack and paid two brothers to carry it out because he was unhappy about his salary and wanted to promote his career. That case, however, was dropped.
The case was revived when a special prosecutor charged Smollett with disorderly conduct over the police reports. The actor has pleaded not guilty.
Although Uche tried to have the case dismissed, he said Smollett wants ânothing more than to go to a jury and clear his name.â

The Big Pentagon Internet Mystery Now Partially Solved
What a Pentagon spokesman could not explain Saturday is why the Defense Department chose Global Resource Systems LLC, a company with no record of government contracts, to manage the address space.
The only name associated with it on the Florida business registry coincides with that of a man listed as recently as 2018 in Nevada corporate records as a managing member of a cybersecurity/internet surveillance equipment company called Packet Forensics. The company had nearly $40 million in publicly disclosed federal contracts over the past decade, with the FBI and the Pentagonâs Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency among its customers.
That man, Raymond Saulino, is also listed as a principal in a company called Tidewater Laskin Associates, which was incorporated in 2018 and obtained an FCC license in April 2020. It shares the same Virginia Beach, Virginia, address â a UPS store â in corporate records as Packet Forensics. The two have different mailbox numbers. Calls to the number listed on the Tidewater Laskin FCC filing are answered by an automated service that offers four different options but doesnât connect callers with a single one, recycling all calls to the initial voice recording.
Saulino did not return phone calls seeking comment, and a longtime colleague at Packet Forensics, Rodney Joffe, said he believed Saulino was retired. Joffe, a cybersecurity luminary, declined further comment. Joffe is chief technical officer at Neustar Inc., which provides internet intelligence and services for major industries, including telecommunications and defense.

NJ Supreme Court Rules That State Has the Burden of Proof in Child Abuse CasesMegan Fox
BIG! They just reversed what Bill and Hillary created to steal the children
wahoo do it all 50 states now!
In a positive move, theNew Jersey Supreme Court has ruled that parents in family court do not have to prove that they did not abuse their children. The burden of proof instead rests with the state to prove its case.It may seem unbelievable that it has ever been any other way, but in many states family courts have different rules of evidence than criminal courts and parents are automatically assumed guilty until proven innocent. This is one of the major ways that family courts deny families their due process.
The New Jersey Monitor reported:
The New Jersey Supreme Court unanimously ruled Monday family courts cannot require parents affirmatively prove they did not abuse their children, sending a case involving alleged child abuse back to family court.
The case stemmed from an appeal involving two parents accused of injuring their baby by shaking. The family had medical experts who said the condition came from epileptic seizures, while child protective services found experts to claim that the baby was abused.
The trial court found the childâs injuries indicated abuse, which the Division of Child Protection and Permanency inferred could only have been enacted by the infantâs parents.
The burden of evidence then shifted to the parents, who were tasked with proving they did not allow their child to be injured or that they did not inflict the injuries themselves.
Neither testified, and both were found responsible for the alleged abuse and neglect, though the court never identified specifically who caused the injuries.
The Supreme Court found that the lower court judges had erred in shifting the burden of evidence to the parents. Family courts operate under the preponderance of evidence standard, which is a much lower standard than criminal courts operate under. Under the preponderance of evidence standard, the state only has to convince the judge that the defendant is more than 50% likely to have committed the offense.
Many people criticize family courts for using such a low standard of proof when the consequences can be the loss of oneâs children, which the California Supreme Court has described as âthe family law equivalent of the death penalty [In re Smith].â Further, the power to terminate parental rights is an âawesome powerâ and â[b]ecause of the sacredness of parental rights a higher standard of proof, that of âat least clear and convincing evidence,â is required before [a child] can be judicially taken awayâ (Champagne v. Welfare, Nevada Supreme Court). Despite these rulings and guidance, family courts across the country continue to operate with extreme callousness in relation to parentsâ rights, often ignoring due process.
Perhaps New Jersey will start a trend of restraining the power of civil courts over parental rights.

US Attorney Durham Looks at 2016 With â2020â Vision
Enter Adm. Mike Rogers
According to Cole, Adm. Mike Rogers, who retired in 2018 after serving for four years as National Security Agency chief and head of U.S. Cyber Command, is cooperating voluntarily with Durham and has met multiple times with him. It was Rogers who, in October of 2016 (right after the first warrant to spy on Carter Page was signed), first advised the FISA court of abuse by the FBI. He issued a National Security Agency report accusing the FBI of improperly pulling data on Americans. He also played a key role in the intel communityâs assessment of Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Rogers learned that DOJ oversight personnel had determined in March of 2016 that the FBI was giving outside âcontractorsâ access to huge amounts of raw âSection 702ââ data on Americans, well beyond what they needed to fulfill FBI requests. Not only that, but they retained their access to such information after their work for the FBI was completed. (Just wondering: What do people working in intel have to do to lose their security clearances?) When Rogers learned this, he shut down all outside-contractor access. The FISA court has since found that the Bureau violated constitutional protections against unreasonable searches and seizures.
So thereâs plenty that Durham might want to get into with Rogers. The substance of their meetings so far is unclear. But keep in mind that Attorney General William Barr has said that what started as a âreviewâ is now a criminal investigation. Barr has also expressed his personal opinion that âspyingâ on members of Trumpâs campaign did occur, a claim that sent CNN and MSNBC into histrionics and caused them to seek out every possible way to discredit him. But Barr was stating the obvious, something youâre not supposed to do when it helps Trump.
Barr, along with Durham, also publicly disagreed with IG Michael Horowitzâ assessment that he found no evidence of bias motivating the FBI in its investigation of the Trump campaign. Again, media histrionics. But, again, stating the obvious.
Mike Rogers is the first former intelligence director known to have been interviewed for Durhamâs probe. Heâs said to have been âvery cooperative.â We donât know if former CIA chief John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence Director James Clapper have been interviewed yet. But I have a feeling weâd know if theyâd been asked to appear, as theyâre not likely to waltz in voluntarily. This would almost certainly involve subpoenas. Both Brennan and the DOJ had no comment for the story. (Of course, the DOJ wouldnât be commenting on an ongoing investigation), and Clapper couldnât be reached.
But we know Durham has already been examining Brennanâs testimony before Congress as well as his communications, focusing on what Brennan said to other officials about a work of fiction called the Steele âdossier.â Recall that Brennan clearly lied in testimony about the dossier, saying it wasnât in the âcorpusâ of information the intel community used to justify the investigation. That was not true. We now know it wasnât just in the corpus â it was the corpus. They meant it to be the whole doggone corpus delicti.
