Research Description
Positions are available for students to work on a project funded by the Biological Control Program of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The project is entitled "Breaking the code: engineering neural controllers in Hydra". The project is being carried out by a consortium of seven laboratories at five institutions in the United States. The goal of the project is to build synthetic behavior in the simple animal Hydra by genetically reengineering its nervous system.

Requirements to Participate
3 - 4 hours per unit. 1 year Commitment. Minimum 3 units. Applicants must have completed Bio Sei 93. Enrollment in upper division course(s) preferred.
Faculty Means of Evaluation
Attendance: 20 Pts (working assigned hours, being on time).
Lab Work: 40 Pts (quality, accuracy, motivation, creativity).
Communication: 20 Pts (written/ral reports, discussions with mentor).
Lab citizenship: 20 Pts (organization, clean up, follow through).
Total: 100 points

David Martin - the patent guy - makes the startling claim that dna are not helical but simply chromosomes with antenna-like properties - can send and receive signals?
Can form double helix but that's not elemental. It's the antenna-like nature that matters - and he also implies that focusing on double helix distracts from the true function of chromosomes. Also has something to do with the idea that there is so much "junk" dna (it's NOT junk but they don't want you looking there).
Says Crick and Watson were made the discoverers bc they are eugenicists who would go along with that narrative.
Bottom line is that this stuff found in the fake vaxxes seems to be able to communicate with CELL PHONES.. That sounds like an antenna to me.
there's the luciferase component too - along with magnetic properties. plus the DESPERATE push to get EVERYBODY vaxxed. (vaxxed or eventually dead, i imagine).

here martin says he has PROVEN in the lab that dna are antenna. says the vaxxes are alt antennas to screw up our connection with the divine. i wish he explained more, since he could obviously talk about this for hours. this is just a snippet.

actually, stuff at beginning is not bad.
i think they are looking for simple organisms to program. To make a human brain, they'd have to be much smarter - like God. To cause simple disruptions would be much simpler. So the signals they send could be to cause, say, tiredness/apathy/'brain fog" and the like - so people wouldn't have the motivation to resist.
but jellyfish can sting. they could also be trying to control people that way - infest the body with a system possessing pain-inflicting stingers. there are many simple but powerful mechanisms that could be used to ensure compliance.

There's an interesting little post i saw on how to get rid of hydra in a fishtank: get a certain species of gourami fish to eat them. Presto - all gone! if fish can eat em, something else will be able to eat the version [they] are trying to put in the body. just have to figure out what it is.
