found another anon's comments on qr - @751, reposting here along with link to Solomon article on same topic PLUS more info on a highly toxic drug mentioned in the NYC studies: NEVIRAPINE. Also used in Africa, see below and CAP.

PB >>>/qresearch/14859177 Fauci's "Guinea Pig Kids" in New York City, in which Foster Care children were used to test experimental HIV / AIDS drugs.

Anons, please read this information. Yesterday I saw this PB notable but just read the headline because of digging on Beagles and cats. It's hard to wrap one's mind around all of this and the ability to focus on one thing at a time is important to providing good information.

Today, I am reviewing previous notables. This is an old article but the similarities between what these children endure and what we see with the current Covid-19 agenda shocking. It appears that the atrocities have been ongoing for a very long time. Remember the pictures of vaccine adverse reactions, the ones with angry skin eruptions? Look at this picture and see if you see any similarities. The article says, "Photos of an infant with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, a blistering, peeling, potentially fatal skin rash. It is one of the known side-effects of the AIDS drug Nevirapine.Nevirapineis one of the primary drugs being readied for distribution in Africa." Anon can only wonder, if the skin adverse reactions are knowingly built into the vaccines.

Again, I ask you to read the article at the sauce below. If our medical leaders have been doing the same thing over and over, causing terrible harm to people, then its time for new medical leaders.

Africa - Nevirapine For AIDS Mothers: U.S. Hid Research Concerns

from 2004

U.S. knew of AIDS drug concerns

Health officials kept mum on flaws in research for nevirapine, sent to Africa to protect newborns.

By John Solomon

December 14, 2004

WASHINGTON -- Weeks before President Bush announced a plan to protect African babies from AIDS, top U.S. health officials were warned that research on the key drug was flawed and may have underreported severe reactions including deaths, government documents show....

Should have highlighted this, just noticed it.

FAUCI IS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED in connection with the NEVIRAPINE trials:

The AP investigative report indicates that documents show that top NIH officials including Dr. Edmund Tramont and Dr. Anthony Fauci, “dismissed the problems with the nevirapine research in Uganda as overblown and were slow to report safety concerns to the Food and Drug Administration.”

Dr. H. Clifford Lane, NIH's No. 2 infectious disease official is quoted stating: "I would say there are many lessons that we have learned from this review that will help us do our clinical research, both domestically and internationally, much better."

One lesson derived from a closer review of the Uganda research, Dr. Lane acknowledges, “is that even single doses of nevirapine can create instant resistance, meaning patients may not be able to use the drug or others in its class again when their AIDS worsens.”

NIH documents show that the same drug was used in Phase I clinical trials that were conducted in New York City on vulnerable infants and children at the City licensed foster care facility, Incarnation Children’s Center (ICC). In the absence of parents to protect these foster care children from harmful drug experiments, the City of New York “consented” to drug experiments on their behalf.

At least three experiments conducted at ICC involved nevirapine--one of these involved7 drugs “some of them given at higher doses than normal.”
