They layered totally different "codes" one on the other.
Where either one might have been decipherable in priniciple, the enemy was flummoxed by the disparity, I take it, and didn't spend enough time on the decode during the window of opportunity.
I do find it somewhat amusing that the Navajo Nation (the AZ part) is in the district where CodeMonkey is running.
