Dem Governor Signs Executive Order to Turn Away Unvaccinated from Hospitals

Colorado Governor Jared Polis has signed an executive order that constitutes a flagrant assault on medical ethics, as well as a human rights violation. The executive order would turn those who have decided to remain unvaccinated for Covid-19, whether for reasons of freedom of conscience or for natural immunity, and to prioritize medical treatment to the vaccinated.
“Hospitals in Colorado are being allowed to turn away patients as the state experiences its worst Covid surge in a year,” NBC reported.
“An order signed Sunday by Gov. Jared Polis gives health care professionals the authority to prioritize crisis care under the direction of the state health department,” the report continued.
“While the state has a nearly 80 percent partial vaccination rate, unvaccinated people with severe Covid-19 are overwhelming hospitals, many of which reported being over 90 percent capacity,” said Scott Bookman, Covid-19 incident commander for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
The executive order’s language is clear: It authorizes discrimination against those who are not vaccinated for Covid-19.

U.S. federal appeals court freezes Biden’s vaccine rule for companies
WASHINGTON, Nov 6 (Reuters) – A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration’s efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing “grave statutory and constitutional” issues with the rule.
The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit comes after numerous Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.
The White House declined to comment on the ruling, and referred questions to the Labor Department, where spokespeople did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The stay comes two days after the Biden administration unveiled the rule, which was immediately met with vows of legal action from Republican governors and others, who argued it overstepped the administration’s legal authority. read more
The action on the private-sector vaccinations was taken under the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) emergency authority over workplace safety, officials said. The rule applies to 84.2 million workers at 1.9 million private-sector employers, according to OSHA.
Saturday’s court order came in response to a joint petition from several businesses, advocacy groups, and the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Utah. The rule is also facing separate legal challenges before other courts. read more

Head of Tokyo Medical Association recommends ivermectin for COVID treatment
Dr. Haruo Ozaki, chairman of the Tokyo Medical Association recommends ivermectin for use with COVID patients.
He notes that the parts of Africa that use ivermectin to control parasites have a COVID death rate of just 2.2 per 100,000 population, as compared to 13 times that death rate among African countries that do not use ivermectin. Similarly, worldometer.com statistics say that the COVID death rate in India (which uses HCQ and Ivermectin to treat COVID) is 32 while the COVID death rate in the U.S.A. is 6.5 times higher at 205 per 100,000 population.
If these stats are accurate, then at least 6 of every 7 people who have died in the U.S. of COVID could be alive today had they been treated with ivermectin.
Of course, ivermectin's effectiveness against COVID was not yet known when the first COVID wave hit the United States. Also, U.S. health statistics are notoriously inaccurate. Hospitals are given a financial incentive to identify almost everyone who dies with COVID as having died of COVID. Also, the first wave of COVID that hit the U.S. before Africa and India was much more deadly than recent waves, simply because deadly viruses keep mutating into forms that spread more readily partly because they are less symptomatic and deadly.
In recent months, a growing number of American physicians have discovered that Ivermectin works. But, according to The Last Refuge, President Biden's Department of Health and Human Services is taking steps, through the liability insurance system, to suppress the issuance of ivermectin prescriptions. Australia’s federal government has just banned physicians there from prescribing ivermectin to treat COVID.

The claim is that the Tokyo Med. Assoc head recommends IVM to treat covid. The guy who claimed it thought the rec was issues in July or August - but it wasn't, it was Feb. So there's that.
Not all physicians can prescribe IVM. Indian site alldaychemists.com will not send ivermectin to Australia. There are now restrictions such that only "certain specialists" can now prescribe it. Like those who treat river blindness (or govt officials)?

DS always plays both sides. Uses the govt authority when it's too their advantage but private companies when it's not. Purpose of a lot of NGO's - or (right now) making companies police people. What's the distinction between private and gov't now?
If i could speak Japanese, would do a dig. We are missing info on what % of MDs or institutions actually took that recommendation - and WHEN. One thing is clear based on other countries/states' experience: it's very unlikely that this drop in cases in Japan is due to jab compliance.

the press are, as always, answering the wrong question on purpose. They won't tell you if IVM's being prescribed a lot, just that it's not the gov't's official treatment.
