Rumors Rising: Jerrold Nadler Considering Retirement, Report Says

https://conservativebrief.com/retirement-2-54499/

https://nypost.com/2021/11/13/retirement-talk-growing-around-rep-jerry-nadler/

Rep. Jerrold Nadler, the long-serving New York liberal Democrat who has been instrumental in each of former President Donald Trump’s two impeachments, is considering retiring after his term expires during next year’s midterms, according to sources who spoke to the New York Post.

“People are wondering when he would decide to retire,” said one associate, who also went on to say that Democrats “could lose control of the House of Representatives next year, with Nadler facing a prolonged future in the minority,” The Post added.

“He has a fighting spirit but maybe now is the time to exit,” the insider noted further.

The paper continued:

A second person around Nadler said the congressman has refused to give a straight answer when the subject comes up. Nadler, like every member of the House, would be up for reelection in the 2022 midterms. He is unlikely to face a serious primary.

Though the 74-year-old has long been a vigorous and vocal legislator, some say age and ill health have finally caught up with him. Two people who saw him recently said he could barely walk.

In 2019 the Congressman nearly collapsed at a Manhattan press conference and had to be rushed to a hospital. He famously underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2002 and was once so obese he couldn’t use the subway. His wife Joyce Miller was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2020, forcing Nadler to miss part of President Trump’s impeachment trial.

“It’s not the first I’m hearing about it,” said veteran Democratic consultant Hank Sheinkopf in an interview with The Post. “Does he really want to be in the minority next year? How much more can he get done?”

..moar..

CDC Finally, Quietly, Begrudgingly Releases Natural Immunity Numbers and Now We Know Why They Waited

https://noqreport.com/2021/11/13/cdc-finally-quietly-begrudgingly-releases-natural-immunity-numbers-and-now-we-know-why-they-waited/

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has one overarching agenda right now. It’s the same agenda across the entirety of the Biden-Harris regime.

It’s an agenda shared by mainstream media, Big Tech, academia, the healthcare industry, and anyone else who is beholden to Big Pharma. That agenda is singular

in focus and requires suppression of any information that may act as a roadblock to their evil plans.

The agenda, of course, is to vaccinate every man, woman, and child in the United States. Nothing, especially the truth, will be allowed to stand in their way.

This is why the CDC has conspicuously avoided updating the numbers on their website pertaining to natural immunity. It is information that could contribute to

opposition to both the Covid-19 vaccines themselves as well as the mandates that are rapidly popping up across the country. They withheld this update, which

requires approximately three minutes to accomplish, for five months. Now we finally know why. As Kyle Becker reported:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has quietly acknowledged that far more people have natural immunity than was earlier reported. The CDC quietly

acknowledged that a staggering 146.6 million people have been infected by the Sars-CoV-2 virus and have survived it.

BREAKING: More Georgia 2020 Election Corruption Uncovered – Untested Machines Illegitimately Used in Election

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/11/breaking-georgia-2020-election-corruption-uncovered-untested-machines-illegitimately-used-election/

Kevin Moncla at UncoverDC reports:

Most states have laws that require voting equipment to be tested before each election to ensure they are functioning properly. This process is called Logic and Accuracy Testing “L&A” (or sometimes LAT) and is supposed to be open to the public. Every machine is analyzed through a systematic procedure to make sure the machines record and count votes accurately. They also check that the software on each machine is the proper, certified version and hasn’t been tampered with or manipulated.

In late September of 2020, two counties in Georgia were performing their L&A testing. Both discovered a problem in that the voting machines were not showing the second column of senate candidates. The counties reported the issue to the Secretary of State, who then directed elections officials across the state to cancel L&A testing until the problem could be fixed.

A few days later, on September 30th, a corrected version of the software was distributed to all counties in the state. Because the remedy required changes to the software, the new version had to be installed on every one of the state’s 30,000 machines before the L&A testing could be performed. With less than two weeks before the start of advanced/early voting on October 12th, there wasn’t enough time to schedule and adequately notice the public. The legally required L&A testing had to be completed before advanced/early voting.

--

Moncla and team then reviewed the tests in three of Georgia’s counties, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Fulton. Cobb and Gwinnett both completed their testing by October 9th but Fulton County would not cooperate. Per a review of minutes from Fulton County Board of Elections, it was determined that Dominion Voting Systems was in the process of installing the new software on Fulton’s machines, but the county had not yet started the L&A testing, and most likely never completed this testing before voting started.

Fulton County finally did provide information to Moncla and it shows that Fulton County did complete L&A testing but this testing wasn’t completed until the end of the month, October 31, 2020. This was well past when the testing should have been completed per Georgia law.

Moncla writes:

It’s clear that the Fulton County voting machines and systems were not L&A tested until after early voting. This means there was no check or verification on how the machines were programmed. It’s important to understand that the majority of all votes for the 2020 general election were cast on the untested machines during early voting (314,985 out of 523,000), making this a very serious problem. There’s also another issue:

The L&A testing should only be performed by county election officials. It is equally important and unacceptable that Dominion was contracted to perform L&A testing of their own equipment. The mandated testing process was not designed to rely upon third-party vendors’ self-verification.

--

Not only was testing of voting machines completed way after early voting started in Fulton County, Georgia, but this work was done by outsiders (Dominion) which never should have occurred.

Fulton County Georgia voting machines used in the 2020 Election were not adequately tested per Georgia law and this testing wasn’t complete until after 314,000 ballots were cast in early voting. Also, this work was completed by outsiders.

All this indicates a corrupt election result in a state with tens of thousands of vote issues in an election given to Joe Biden by 10,000 votes.

Ron Klain’s Retweet Bragging OSHA Rule “the Ultimate Work-Around” Makes an Appearance in the 5th Circuit Court’s Ruling Against Biden’s Vax Mandate

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/11/ron-klains-retweet-bragging-osha-rule-ultimate-work-around-makes-appearance-5th-circuit-courts-ruling-bidens-vax-mandate/

This is hilarious.

In September the Biden Regime dropped the iron fist on the private sector and mandated all employees get jabbed or tested weekly for Covid… OR ELSE.

In addition to telling all 2.1 million federal employees to get jabbed or face firing, the Biden regime mandated all companies with 100+ employees to either test

workers or prove they are vaccinated.

Small businesses that do not comply with the Biden Regime’s new Covid mandates will face hefty fines.

The mandate was supposed to go into effect January 4, 2022.

However the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Friday evening upheld its decision to put a halt on Biden’s vax mandate for businesses with 100 employees.

Right after Biden announced his vax mandate in September, his dirt bag Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle bragging that OSHA enforcing the

mandate was the “ultimate work-around for the federal government.”

Courts consider intent and purpose of policies so Klain’s retweet admitting the OSHA rule was a “work-around” to implement the illegal mandate immediately put

Biden’s vax agenda in jeopardy.

Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley blasted Ron Klain for retweeting Stephanie Ruhle’s OSHA tweet and said Klain effectively became a witness for the challengers.

“The retweet was breathtakingly daft on the eve of litigation over the order. It is reminiscent of President Biden admitting that his own White House counsel and

their preferred legal experts all said that the eviction moratorium extension was likely unconstitutional,” Jonathan Turley told Fox News in September.

“Courts will now be asked to ignore the admission and uphold a self-admitted evasion of constitutional limits,” Turley added. The “problem is that the thing being

‘worked around’ is the Constitution.”

“Klain effectively became a witness for the challengers in labeling the order an evasion or subterfuge designed for the courts. Klain leaves the courts in the

unenviable position of ratifying an order that the Administration admits is a mere work around to evade constitutional limits. It is akin to claiming self-defense

in an assault case while saying that it was the best way to shoot the guy,” Turley said.

Klain’s retweet made an appearance in the 5th Circuit Court’s ruling on Friday.

The appeals court also said the mandate “exposes [petitioners] to severe financial risk” and “threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects).”

Thanks, Ron!

Exclusive — Cicely Davis Is Running Against Ilhan Omar to Prevent the Radical Transformation of America

https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/11/13/exclusive-cicely-davis-is-running-against-ilhan-omar-to-prevent-the-radical-transformation-of-america/

Cicely Davis told Breitbart News Saturday that she’s running for Congress to replace Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and prevent the radial transformation of Minneapolis and America.

reitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle opened the interview asking Davis about Minneapolis’s recent vote to reject a measure that would have defunded the police.

“There was an assumption that because [Ilhan Omar] backed it, and because Keith Ellison backed it and promoted it, that it would go through. And so I think there was a

complacency there, but the people stood up,” she said. “Just to remind the people, my district is 63% liberal, and so this is the significance of them voting against, at 57%

of the voters, voted against saying they wanted more police presence, not less.”

“And so the reality is, is that progressives have been using this public safety reform as a Trojan horse for the radical transformation of America and the Minneapolis people

stood up and said, ‘no’, and that to me is absolutely shocking.”

Boyle noted that Minnesota’s fifth congressional district has been a Democrat stronghold for nearly 50 years and asked Davis about her plan to flip the district red.

“And so the way to beat her is right now I would need to ride this wave. Again, what happened on election Tuesday so that common sense is finally starting to kick in. I’m

having conversations in liberal living rooms is what I’m calling my tour right now,” she said.

“And what they’re telling me is that you know what, we don’t feel that she actually cares about what we care about those kitchen table issues. What’s costing more at the

gas tank, putting money in the gas tank, what’s costing more to buy groceries, you’re getting less than your paycheck, which means that we have to take away from you know,

electives like taekwondo fees and piano lessons and sports and things like that.”

Davis mentioned that creating a “permission structure” is crucial for her plan to defeat Omar. “So right now, the way to win this is to just create a permission structure

for liberals. And what I mean by that is this, you know, we I speak to liberals and I say, You know what, here’s the deal. Are you getting what you thought you’re going to

get?” she said. “Create a creative permission structure where they can say, ‘you know what? We voted for her. We thought we were getting one thing. We’re getting something

altogether different.’”

“I think if I can build a relationship, rapport and trust, I think I can go to the ballot box and check in (R) this time, because we need to get money back in our pockets

and we need to feel safe in this district,” she continued.
