That's for billing and was introduced 2015/2016.
And it seems it's meant for newborns, which is crazy enough.

>it's for when the system questions vax status on anyone
Sauce?
It says right on the page that it's a code for billing.
https://www.acog.org/education-and-events/publications/reporting-procedures-not-carried-out
Z codes can provide additional information about encounters. As an example, codes from the Z28 and Z53 code series can be reportedwhen immunizations or procedures are not carried outfor various reasons. These codes should be added to the record to identify circumstances when scheduled services are not performed due to the patientโs decision or other reasons.
>permanent record
well duh, everything that gets documented is permanent.
When you don't vaxx your child, you will get a bad boy mark. Doesn't change the fact that this isn't coded for regular visits, just like stated. The ICDs are not even vaxx specific, so it wouldn't make sense to do so anyway.
>learn their system
I'm actually working (for now) in the medical field.
wait, have to correct myself.
There are procedure codes for vaccines, but that's about vaccination.
See for example here:
https://www.findacode.com/icd-9/99-45-vaccination-against-measles-icd-9-procedure-code.html
So when you are stupid enough to get poison shots, then that gets documented, but that is all, unless you can give me proof for your theory.
What I meant to say is that there are no diagnosis codes for "refusal of this or that specific vaccine/gene therapy".
So such a theory falls flat on its face, because it makes no sense, because you can't use the codes for such a thing.
At least in the hospital that I'm currently still working for, they document coof vaxx status in an internal field, regular text field, which is not sent out, but gets copied over if the patient has been in the hospital before.
We do the same for allergies, which is actually quite nice to have.
There are other ways of course, and I'm sure that the government takes note in some way or another. They can for example use procedure codes used for billing to figure out who got it, and who didn't.
And I'm certain that there is a marker inside the vaxx itself that can get detected through some means. Maybe there is even some kind of serial number encoded inside the gene therapy itself, who the fuck knows.
That may be the reason why they are so keen on vaxx serial number tracking.
