Was reading about how VP Agnew had to be replaced by Nixon nominating then Republican speaker of the House Gerald Ford. That had to be approved by both houses (by simple majority?). The one that is the scary wildcard is how Ford then was able to nominate then Governor Rockerfeller for Vice President. That opens up the playing field, so I don’t know what, if any, criteria there are for nominating a VP.

But a couple of things must first occur for Hildebeast to be prez. Kamla has to be booted before Uncle Jhou is 25’d. That alone is problematic. She’d hav to step down. Gonna be super weird optics. Then what? Crazy Joe calls on private Citizen Hillery to step in as VP? But Kamel has to def go before Uncle Jhou.

Not well read on Ford, but must agree that he inherited a crappy situation all around.

Only wanted to say that there might be no real criteria for choosing a VP (post election). But whatever the makeup of the Congress and Senate, I think the replacement will need to be approved by both houses.
